Reiki is a form of energy healing developed by Mikao Usui Sensei in Japan in the early 20th century. Based on the understanding that all conditions of imbalance are rooted in the human energy field, Reiki is a hands-on energy treatment that reduces stress, relieves pain, balances emotions, and facilitates personal healing and spiritual growth. It is experienced as deeply relaxing and grounding both for the practitioner and the client.

    You are fully clothed and lying on a massage table. I gently place my hands, palms down, on or above your body at specific energy locations. Reiki differs from other touch therapies in that no pressure, massage, or manipulation is involved. After the session, people commonly report a sense of calm, mental clarity, and sleeping well. You can read more about Reiki here

  • A discount is offered for booking a series of 3 one-hour sessions

  • By phone or Zoom

    $120

    During our session, I will assist the flow of Reiki to you. Reiki energy flows to the place of highest need, whether mental, physical, or emotional. Following the treatment, I will follow up with a phone call or an email describing what was felt in the subtle body and energy centers, along with recommendations and guidance. Distant Reiki sessions are beneficial for people who cannot travel to get an in-person session

  • Reiki Trainings to become a certified practitioner can be done in group settings or 1:1. Pricing and locations will vary. Please contact me directly so we may discuss what will work best for you.

    Reiki Level 1 – Begin Your Journey
    Discover the foundations of Reiki: its history, chakra system, and healing hand positions. You’ll receive your first attunement and certification as a Reiki practitioner, opening the flow of universal life force energy. At this stage, you’ll focus on self-healing and confidently practicing with friends, family, pets, and plants.

    Reiki Level 2 – Expand Your Healing Awareness
    Take your practice deeper with powerful Reiki symbols and distance healing. Learn to send energy across time and space, and begin working with clients. Includes your Level 2 attunement, Reiki Healing Touch Manual, and certification through the Usui lineage. Prerequisite: Level 1.

    Advanced Reiki Training (ART) – Master Symbol & Beyond
    This half-day intensive introduces the Usui Master Symbol, aura clearing, and advanced techniques for healing and transformation. A decisive next step for practitioners, and required before Master/Teacher training.

    Reiki Master/Teacher (Level 3) – Step Into Mastery
    In this two-day immersion, you’ll receive the Master attunement, learn all Usui/Tibetan attunements, and practice teaching and initiating others. Whether your path is personal mastery or guiding new practitioners, this training empowers you to embody the values and spiritual depth of a Reiki Master.
